Valentine's Day!  I'm looking forward to providing romantic music beginning at 6:30 pm for dinner at The Country Club of Ocala on Feb 13th!  Being part of special celebrations is a wonderful aspect of my work as a musician.  I'll be returning on Feb 14th for another (private) Valentine's Day party...fun, fun, fun!

Tonight (2/12/10) I have the distinct honor of playing and singing for the Gainesville chapter of MOAA (Military Officer Association of America) at the Gainesville Country Club!  Along with love songs for this Valentine's Day banquet, I'll also play some great oldies.  The highlight of the evening for me, though, is the opportunity to honor the service of these veterans with a medley of the theme songs for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard!  I'm so grateful for our troops, and the sacrifice of the service members themselves and their families!

Ms. Debbie's Night of Cake Tasting was impressive!  So much cake, so many brides...thanks to Ms. Debbie and Villa East for the invitation to play and sing for this fun cake-tasting event!

We had a wonderful time at the Florida Bridal Expo!  We met lots of brides and their entourages, played and sang great songs, and handed out hundreds of demo CDs.  Check out our ad in The Little Bridal Book given out at registration at the show.

What an honor it was to provide elegant live piano music for    Puttin' on the Ritz at the Museum of Natural History on March 29th to benefit the Children's Home Society of Florida. Keith Watson Productions did an amazing job producing this fantastic event! The entire museum was transformed.

"Let's Eat Cake" was a terrific success!  Congratulations to the Masterpiece Weddings team!

I'm looking forward to playing the live background music for "Let's Eat Cake" on Feb. 17th at the Paramount Plaza Hotel in Gainesville!

I performed on Jan 11, 2009 at The Gainesville Wedding Expo at the Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, hosted by Jay's Bridal. 

Two weeks later, Jan 25, 2009, I played at the Hilton UF at The  Florida Bridal Expo hosted by Solutions Bridal. 

We've had a great response from these tremendous shows!  We've already booked several weddings for 2010!

If you haven't booked your wedding musician yet, it's a really good idea to do that as soon as you've booked your venues and have a firm time table for your ceremony and rehearsal. 

Consider live music for your rehearsal dinner and/or reception.  Have you ever noticed in a movie that piano is the instrument of choice for a tender, poigniant moment?  As a live musician, I can craft the music to help set an appropriate mood for your special day.
